Wonderful collection of cars. The place was tidy and clean. However seems I am an invisible man. I hate sales person being over enthusiastic. But here, kind of zero enthusiastic. No meet and greet. No eye contact.

Had a new wing mirror cover fitted at significant expense. Fell off three days later. Asked Auckland City Toyota to consider replacing the wing mirror front cover by personally dropping in to share the problem..... that was three weeks ago. Haven't heard from them since, despite repeated emails..... very poor service and experience this time! . Just had my request for a 100 replacement side mirror cover turned down by the supposed owner of the business. The mirror cover FELL OFF days after the fitting of the same new cover (and new mirror controls). I have been out of town and impacted by covid since then and contacted Auckland City Toyota at the first possible opportunity. I own two toyota vehicles, and had others in the past (and would have likely been a future customer) ....no longer. Auckland City Toyota have burned me off Toyota, as a brand, over the 100 cost of a plastic cover (obviously poorly fitted during the servicing). Talk about understanding the worth of a "Life Time Value" customer! I will never spend another with these cheapskate operators. A genuinely pathetic response...especially in light of the consumer guarantees act! Be careful-Auckland City Toyota look after themselves and not their long term established or potential future customers! Fact!

Bought a 2nd hand car on trade me and had to buy parts from Toyota so I went to Grey Lynn location. What an amazing customer service they provided me at the parts and accessories department. The guy was so nice, professional, honest and helpful. Definitely representing Toyota brand! Love this brand even more now! Thank you

Very accommodating staff and service. The only thing that still irks me is that they have two limited mobility parks which they tell able-bodied customers to park in. I have needed one of those in the past and was unable to use it. Even if they reduced it to one accessible space but kept it exclusively for those who genuinely require it and have an accessibility parking permit, that would be much more acceptable.

I just recently called up to get further information for servicing and some repairs quotes. Brenda who accommodate my call was rude and disrespectful just because I have not been in there dealer service system before. Her Tone, attitude and customer experience was definitely unbelievable disappointing. How disgusting, and my friends say to come to Toyota Grey Lynn.
