Terrible operating service! Cancelled my booking without letting me know and blamed it on ACC that pays for the ride to my essential medical treatments! Hung up my call when I needed more information. Very unprofessional. Definitely not recommending this service company. Note: The drivers are lovely and caring.

Do not ever ride with these guys.They hire very unprofessional drivers that will use tricks like driving the long way or if u are unfamiliar with the area they will drive around in circles to try run up the fare.DO NOT RIDE WITH CO OP

Terrible service, and this as an ACC customer (ACC are wasting their money I reckon). Taxis are never on time and drivers extremely unhelpful. Their app doesn't work well either.

Ordered a taxi van last night for 8 people to get to Downtown Auckland. Called twice again in morning to confirm. Taxi van never came. As a result we missed our ferry. Co op couldn’t give any reason apart from traffic being heavy. Completely useless!!!!
