Prices are rip off & they won't guarantee quality, ended up going elsewhere for l300 parts & got a much better deal, however they likely have what you want.

Great to start with, but not keen on taking their stock back when issuing dud products.. having to take to court to get things sorted. You wanted to contact the mechanic that saw that the case was a dud, and wanted him to fix the case, but like I told you, he is a retired/on hold/ just finished at his last job to set up his own garage, so he does not have the equipment to repair or fix the case. As for giving you details, it is against the law for me to give peoples private details without their permission. Plus under your right of return, we were within the time frame of returning the items, but you still did not want them back, you wanted them fixed. Also under the consumers act, we had the right to give them back as they were not serving the need that we needed.
