Disgraceful when council staff park in the disabled parks when they visit Mangere Bridge Library. Too lazy to walk an extra 5 meters...no wonder we have little respect for them.

Excellent service thank you. A very helpful gentleman named Sean assisted me with lodging some documents. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. I was most impressed.

Great service. Very prompt. Easily did my registration for two dogs .Also having responsible dog owner license gives discount too to all Auckland dog owners . Teddy and Tez say Thanks Auckland Council.

These guys should get an award for providing the worst customer service, first of all you have to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes before your phone is answered. I have called these guys 4 times now to find out why suddenly they are drawing more money for my rates and I yet have to hear from the accounts team, apparently they are the only ones who can answer my query but seems like they are untouchable and can do what ever they like. Pathetic is the only word to describe Auckland City Council.

That is not where the council is. The council building can be found at 4 Osterley Way. Hopefully it helps someone :-)
