overnight delivery takes 5 days and still not arrive. what a shame.
A parcel has been delivered to me (a big parcel 1.5 metre long). The address given is my street and No but the owner's name does not belong to this address. When I called your office to let them know that i had not ordered this and this is mistakenly sent to me, I was told that I should find out the right person and address and it is my responsibility to trace the person and deliver the parcel. Can someone guide or let me know how to resolve this issue. The Tracking No is 754603402601180. I would appreciate someone calling me or helping me to resolve this issue.
Got a card in my mailbox to collect my item at the NZPost Depot. When I got there, there was a poster on the door saying pickups were no longer available and to call or visit the website to arrange redelivery. The number was disconnected and the web address went to a broken link. I tried the door to see if I could find someone to help, but it was locked requiring security card access. I rang the buzzer and asked for help. The security person said he couldn't help. The worst service ever!
I have been trying to get my parcel delivered for over a week now! They kept saying business is closed when I have never had any problem getting other parcels delivered before... I called the call centre to have instructions added a couple of days after this happened to say I wanted it left at the front door but still the driver kept taking it back to the depot as the business was apparently closed. I then called up again a week later to get it redirected to my house yet it still kept getting put on the courier to the original address... Very poor communication and I am still waiting for it to be delivered.. I could do no stars I would.
Item sent to me with overnight target for Thursday. Parcel was apparently mis-sorted to the wrong driver and returned to the depot at 11am on Thursday. I get no further update and when I call on Friday afternoon, it has been marked as undeliverable because it was in the wrong drivers van and I can get it redelivered on Tuesday but only because I called. I can otherwise redirect to a pickup point to pickup next Thursday, which would be 8 days on an overnight package. Absolutely useless.
3 items ordered with overnight delivery. They managed to deliver one overnight, the second took 5 working days and the third is still to turn up. Given we live literally 15 minutes from. The closest Courier Post depot this is unbelievable!!
Not professional, customer service lies or makes promises they dont keep, Driver left signature required parcel in letterbox. Wouldn't recommend. Took 11 days to receive overnight parcel.
