Have had our Dmax for 2 years - sold by Barry in Greenlane. Great salesman - very helpful. Have been going to Greenlane isuzu for maintenance / services even though We live our west and are closer to west Auckland Isuzu. Made one mistake by going to west Auckland isuzu because it’s closer to home and work - never again after the terrible service received. Greenlane service is great - always get things done they say they are going to do and always willing to help with what they can. Thank you Greenlane front desk team and mechanics for making a customer feel like they still receive the whole package even after purchasing the vehicle! Definitely going to stay with isuzu for as long as we are happy! :) Happy customer Ata Hemopo

Walked on the yard in track pants being a Sunday. Sales person took one look at me and chose to pretend I didn't exist. Even though I was there for a good 25 minutes. Got brassed off so went to Holden and brought 2 brand new cars for 80k. Guess Auckland Isuzu should never judge a book by its cover.

Can you guys just pick up the phone when it rings instead of making us leave a message... everytime i call its the same thing... Am wanting to get a 30k service for the car and i ring leave a message then ring again and ring again.... whish i had brought this new from the Northshore team :( even have to keep calling to see when its ready and again in the loop of ring again no one answers so ring again and still no one answers so go to yard in the hope that its ready - poor service guys..!

Service department never pick up the phone. Not recommend, if you got something urgent better go to Manukau Isuzu.
