Excellent service. Two young men very ,very careful . Some heavy furniture and a challenging staircase. Communications excellent, reassuring. On time and continued until job completed. Recommend unconditionally

Bobs Trailer Transport Ltd

Jashan and his two team mates from Auckland Movers were amazing. We were a big move for them as we are two families plus our office, which included a heavy desk (shown in the photo). No problem to Jashan and his team they are strong and went about their work efficiently and with a ready sense of humour. I found them polite, well-mannered and they worked very hard. It was a pleasure to meet you all. Ask for Jashan and his team when you book your move.

WARNING DON'T USE! I'd give zero stars if I could. Quoted for 2 guys, turned up with 3 saying hourly rate will be more. 1 guy effectively did nothing most of the time. Multiple gouges out of walls on two properties and we asked them to be careful a number of times! Suede headboard damaged with huge brown stain. Overcharged us! Emailed to complain with photo evidence and they called my partner back (not me who had booked the job and been point of contact all way through- can only view this as sexist). Basically saying he didn't agree and wasn't going to cover cost of repair or refund the Overcharged hour. More than unprofessional.. don't risk it. Wish I'd read more reviews.

Worst experience ever! They broke heaps of our furniture, treated all our stuff very poorly. Had to spend 4000 to replace broken bed and table and coffee machine. Terrible service! And rude too when asked to please be more gentle with our stuff. They carried boxes that said this way up the wrong way

This company would have to be the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were engaged to move my daughters furniture. They marked/gouged walls (brand new home) when moving furniture, did not wear shoe covers as you would expect from professionals. After noticing the damage to the walls I asked them to ensure they covered the rest of the furniture with the blankets they had but this was ignored. Some furniture was damaged/marked which is unacceptable. No care or responsibility shown or taken by these cowboys. They made a stressful experience an absolute nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want good responsible service.

####### Be ware of this company######## I would highly recommend that people don't use this company to move house, their service was sloppy and unprofessional at best, they damaged walls in the property we were leaving, they caused 10 seperate pieces of damage where we moved to including separately damaging an expensive bed that can't be repaired, whats worse is the damage at he place we left was highlighted and they were repeatedly asked to be careful, the owner / driver / boss just kept saying yeh man its ok no need to worry, we complained by email which included the over inflated cost of a third person who turned up that we hadn't asked for that he assured us would save time, and money but didn't the cost did not reflect the quote and no time was saved,, one of the guys had appalling body odor which took ages to air out of the new house. We only used these guys because no one else was avaiable and I would recommend that no matter the circumstance they should not be used at all. After we complained the owner called today and again gave me they Nah yeh Nah its ok chat which it clearly isn't from our end we are now left with several hundred dollars of repairs and a bed that can't be mended, and please don't say you haven't got a record of the move or we will post the emails and pictures of the damage and your guys at our houses.

Booked truck (with 3 guys) plenty of time in advance, paid deposit, got an email the day b4, telling us who the driver & his contact would be for the day. Sweet!- Yeah, Nah! Nightmare! Truck didn't show up, driver & office weren't answering. Finally, about 10.30am (should have been there at 8am) driver calls - blames office, said he wasn't booked on that day. Office call (I've left voice messages) blames driver! I DON'T CARE WHOS TO BLAME- NOT OUR PROBLEM! Not sure if they can come to us (we are in Orewa) as all the trucks are booked for the day!!!! Hubby & son in law having meltdowns at this stage! while they are trying to get someone. Finally, truck driver calls back - he can come up but has to wait for his helper, who's on another job! Can't get our third guy! Finally, truck turns up at 4.15pm. In the meantime hubby (who has health issues) & son in law do heaps of car & trailer trips, end up doing most of the move themselves! Needed truck for heavy furniture. Son in law being the third guy! Absolutely stuffed by the end of the day! What a easy move should have been turned into a nightmare! Very stressful indeed. Very disappointed!
