Outstanding classes with really friendly and professional staff. A great way to learn more about what you can do with seafood. A real asset to the Sanford Operations - I can't believe it is closing down when Auckland is picking back up. The class on the weekend was fantastic with a great atmosphere and some lovely food.

Such a fun experience! We had an expert chef show us all the tricks to cooking fish and enjoyed the live demo right through to the cooking. Can't wait to go again.
amazing staff, my partner and I had a great time. The head chef is very knowledgeable and we learned so many fantastic tips and tricks, on top of the three delicious recipes. Worth every penny, will definitely be back
Bloody delicious! We had Christopher as our chef and he had us make some amazing dishes! Not only was he an amazing teacher, but also a very very VERY amazing chef! Would give it 10 stars if I could

Educational, inspiring and just yum! Great night out
The Beer Meets Grill cooking class was excellent. Chef Paulie Hooton does a fine job at teaching two dishes that are amazing to look at and taste just as good. With a range of beers from Birkenhead Brewing Co to top it off I've come away wanting to learn more & thinking what a great way it was to spend my Friday evening.
