The Dr and the Admin were very nice. I also note my session was via zoom and their internet kept cutting out, which always makes conversations more challenging. However I don't think the initial session gave me much. The Dr just read questions off a list which pretty much the same as the test on their website, he never asked me why I actually sought advice. Although the initial consultation is much more affordable, then other options, to progress any further would be much the same price. Luckily my problem had come right after Booked the appointment. I think if you have a significant problem it is probably worth going straight to one of the other clinics and save 75. On top of this their admin is new so there where many errors, for example booking errors, account detail errors and I keep getting texts notification from them meant for other people.
