Called and booked for an out of hours tow for our car which had broken down. The tow truck was at our car within 40 minutes, towed to our mechanic and left it there. The tow guy was super friendly and kind. We felt very safe. Couldn't fault the service. Would highly recommend

Very bad customer Service! Not recommended at all! My car has been towed by those guys yesterday and they charge me 340 dolllors with No receipt for it. Not just that, I found out that my car has been damaged just few minutes after I pick up the car. I contact them and they told me to send a email so they can put it through their Manager team. I did what they told me to do but, I didn't got any replies from them. I ring them again today and the lady on the phone seens to not care about customer at all, she didn't even ask for my name or my car's number plates or other details, all she says is just wait for reply and nothing else. The way that lady speaks make me felt she don't care about the damage on my car and don't care about customer at all. And I still didn't receive any replies from them right now. I might have to take them to court if they decide not reply my email.
Helped me to understand the process of getting A vehicle towed, more so then any other towing company
We parked our car at friend's place last night to take our groceries upstairs and our car was towed by Auckland Towing Co. We saw the vehicle passing us and I called the number they said our car already at their yard, which is impossible because it just passed us. We went there and he asked us to pay 380 (normally 420) when the others paid max of 250. We explained to him it is a lockdown situation and that we bought stuffs and just went up to keep our groceries and would have been back to collect the remaining bags. We explained to him our groceries are still in the car and we asked him to check that we are telling him the truth. He was not professional and was very rude and asked us to leave. Definitely a bad service and there is no consideration nor customer service at all when you expect people to be more kind and considerate in this lockdown situation.
We got into a tricky situation wedged in mud and Adam from Auckland towing went out of his way to get us out safely. His assistance was hugely appreciated.
420 to get my car back that was parked in MY WORK carpark. And I got told "thats the price you have to pay these days" which is not true, as my friend got their car towed the other day and paid only 110 to get it back, and everyone else I know has only paid up to 250, no one has paid anymore than that!! The company was not willing to liaise with me, even though I had literally done nothing wrong in this circumstance

Got towed by these guys today and they seemed ok. A bit expensive and I was told that if I paid cash he could reduce the price. Pity I didn't have that much cash.
