Great service! Ras made the x-ray experience smooth and easy. The only annoyance was if someone doesn't have a Covid mask upon entering, they've got to buy them from the Chemist nextdoor. Surely the economics of having a bulk supply of masks is worth a better patient/customer experience :)

I used to be here for the pregnancy ultrasound 6 years ago, but I return here for the X-ray, the receptionist had so unfriendly manner, when I arrived they told me need to have face mask while at the reminder called a day before they didn't tell me to wearing the mask is compulsory at this place , I forced to purchase it from pharmacy while I had a package of masks at home, if they told us over the phone when booking an appointment or during reminder calls it would be better, the only things disappointed me from here is the receptionist manner as she didn't want to even listening to me while I asked her to remind their clients over the phone. Meanwhile the xray guy had a very friendly and nice manner as well as was so accurate and more concentration on his jobs.

The ladies in the reception appear to be very pleasant and competent - even under stress of "heavy fire". Ras has a great technique and helped get me to stand on the examination table (not too scary...). I found the Artwork on display in the X-Ray room of a particularly high calibre. I was even more surprised to find it was the Ras's own work. Lovely use of colour and plenty of movement's

I brought my mom for a CT scan. Ras was very helpful and friendly. That helped put my mom at ease. The reception was really helpful too. Can highly recommend this place.

The receptionist are friendly and helpful but the sonographer Shameen is rude. She lacks basic people skills and empathy. She doesn't even look at you to answer your questions.

The service was great! Lovely receptionists. Ras was my radiologist and from the beginning kept me informed about what was going to happen and why. The appointment was quick and efficient. 100% recommend Auckland X-day services.

I was able to get an appointment at very short notice, then forgot to bring along my referral letter. Luckily the receptionist suggested I get someone at home to email it over - much appreciated as I would not have been able to get back in time for the appointment. Both the radiographer and the sonographer were friendly, supportive and professional. Would definitely recommend this practice.
