If I could give them no stars I would. I took a very precious black pearl earring in to be re-glued where it had come away from the base. They have completely ruined this pearl with excessive glue, so much so that there is now a ‘lip’ of glue on the pearl. We have always supported this business but it appears the gentleman who used to own it isn’t there now. I will put three photos up showing both earrings. One as it should be and the one that had been wrecked. Won’t ever be going there again.

Great Jewelry Store, competitive prices and very good service. Staff are always helpful and friendly. They also do replacements of batteries for watches. Definitely recommendable for any future clients

Great local jewelry store with incredibly friendly and helpful stall. I get my watch batteries replaced there after paying the high prices of the mall shops for batteries that don't seem to last. Such a nice change with Augunsteins, thay swapped the battery while I went for coffee and then charge a reasonable price too. You get the impression they know what they are doing and you'll get honest advice and be treated fairly.
