Has been a great experience from day one. I started with almost no zero core strength, and neck and lower back issues! The staff are all very professional and encouraging and the progress I have made in the past 8 months has had dramatic, positive effects on so many aspects of my life. Carrying the supermarket shopping is a breeze, I can now work a day in the garden and walk for a few hours and not suffer the next day!
Amazing studio and equipment. Attentive instructors with so much knowledge to give. Have helped so much with my injuries and now feeling incredibly strong. Can't rate highly enough.
