Staffs from general enquiry team are so unprofessional. They don't want to accept the fact that they are unprofessional and under trained. They can't deal with a frustrated customer first of all. Very poor service. Auto Finance please train your contact centre staffs and teach them how not to over-talk the client's. Teach them how to listen first. Tell them when they overtalk, the client's get more fustrated because that shows they don't want to listen. Yeah losing one customer won't make a difference but if this kind of customer service continues then definitely it will be bad for the company.

These people will rip you off, making fake good reviews from there own people. I believe no one can be happy from this company. I wish and pray Government will take strict action against this company and shut them, so they can't rip off any other people.

Got my loan for my truck 2 years ago, easy process, no issues. Paid my vehicle off this week. I would absolutely go back for my next vehicle. Service was always polite and helpful. - Few negative reviews on here, i would recommend this company if you are capable of paying your bills on time...it is that easy. A

If there is a less than one star I probably give them that. It's a kind request to all never deal with them even they are the last one to provide finance. They will rip you off, very unprofessional and make your life miserable.

Stay away. I will be taking them to court. Shanna Morris is rude and abrupt. I made a reasonable offer to clear the loan and it wasn’t even a consideration, it was as if I had offered them 10. If I could rate this 0, I would. I was made a job offer in the USA. I rang them to make an offer of 7,500. I have 8,300 left to pay and I have 5 payments of 73 per week to make which would have had to the loan amount down to close to 8,100. This company for the sake of 600, sent a tow truck to my house and took my car, for expressing the goods were at risk. I have never missed a payment, and I rang them to make them an offer, which hardly equates to the goods being at risk. There is a claim that I said I was going to sell the car and walk away from it. Which is a complete lie. I hope they have the phone recording. I said I couldn’t afford to pay it when I left, therefore I would have to leave the car, and could they accept 7,500. But no, 600 was more important to them. Also, they have actually cost themselves more money by paying wages to repossess, the tow truck cost, the admin and time and energy into sorting the issue. So even on economic grounds this decision makes absolutely zero sense. I will be taking this case to the FSCL amongst other commissions. I have no car now for getting to work for the next five weeks.
