took 4 hours to Install and the alarm dose not work as it should. The alarm itself is good but been programed badly. doors don't lock or unlock when you arm or disarm the car . And after finding the exact same Alarm and install for 282 cheaper the price wasn't worth it either after seeing that I just went to the company with the cheaper price to fix the issues took them no time at all and very cheap . thought that would be better going straight to the pros to fix the issues rather then wasting more time with these guys if they cant get it working right in 4 hours I doubt they ever could. Also the Alarm has a built in turbo timer which I wasn't aware of and my car is turbo yet he never offered to program that for me . very unhappy and would not recommend .

The customer service from these guys is second to none. The original install of my car alarm was performed efficiently and professionally, and it was a great alarm system at a good price. However, it is the after sales service (even years after) that has been totally amazing! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Customer service superstars!!!

Installed an alarm for me 2.5 years ago. Had some issues with a flat battery. Called Sunday afternoon to leave a message booking in for Monday and Colin actually answered, talked me through resetting the unit, getting us a useable car for the weekend. You don't come across people that stand behind work like that often.
