Great place for kids to ride bikes. Easy walking distance from Avondale shops.

its nice and relaxed the kids can bring skateboards and their bikes. they can learn basic road safety with the little road and street layout down there.

Useful parking area, unfortunately not very well kept, but safe enough for overnight self contained mobile home

A depressingly bleak, forgotten and neglected location which seems to be only useful as a parking lot on Sunday Farmers Market days and for endlessly repainting of graffiti "art" walls and fly tipping rubbish.
