Highly recommend using Axial for all my rental properties. I have used them for 15 years plus and have always found them professional, affordable and always go over and above for me. My lastest job that I got Axial to do this last week was not straight forward, it involved coordinating plumbers and kitchen installers, but the job went seamlessly! Thanks guys

Unprofessional, not honest and very bad to deal with. I had an experience where a repair person came 2 times over the past year to fix my fridge under warranty from harvey norman and did barely know what he was doing and the first time they actually made it worse, very unhappy and they don't even communicate with you properly and keep saying the same thing without taking the time to understand what you are saying. Great news too got a call from them after 5 mins of this review posted above saying "they cancelled a part as they are not prepared to work with me and the fridge I own" - VERY PROFESSIONAL well done. I am glad as this means I don't have to deal with you guys ever again.

Contacted Axial in May 2020 for the oven, took two goes and eventually replaced parts in Sept 2020 but since then the oven has been turning off mid cook. Called yesterday (4 months later) and their “warranty” was only ok for three months.
