Awful experience. Misleading information on website. Taking customers money without delivering the product or returning the money. I'm still waiting for the product to be delivered or getting my money back. It's more than a months now. The website showed the product was in stock. I placed order 15th of November. Two weeks later I received a phone call. I was told the product was not in stock. I asked for my money back. The lady told me she can gave me credit. I told her I wanted my money back and I didn't want other product from them. She said she would talk with her manager and call me back. No one called me back. I will have to call again. The reason I didn't chase to get my money back because I have a new born and his my priority. I'm not sure what Babies nz do is legal. The website is misleading. And they take customers money but they do not have the product, misleading. I would appreciate if someone would get in touch with me return my money.

Friendly customer service but... We live in Auckland CBD. It took 11 days until product was shipped and 3 additional days until the purchased item arrives here. Thats quite to long, expecially when estimated delivery time is 1-3 days. They offer us a similar product whats available earlier, but thats not what we wanted to bought. Not really recommend, sorry!

Have nothing but good things to say about Babies NZ. As first time parents, we went in store to start researching the big items we need (cot, pram and car seat etc) and were given practical advise and what to look for by wonderful staff. After looking around we decided that we liked the products sold here, and loved the experience so decided to buy. I had a few more questions so called to ask and was provided with very quick responses. 100% would recommend soon to be parents visit or check out the website - thanks to the team for taking the time to talk through everything and answer our silly questions!
