I used to stop by here when I had my first born for the cheap nappies and nothing else. I've just had my second child and what a pleasure it was to step back inside this shop again. Must have a new owner because last time I was here the shop looked like a 2 shop. Lots of high quality products now! Staff were super friendly and helpful!

Outside of the building looks rundown with a foodcart to match but was surprised to see such a vibrant shop inside. Spoilt for choice with big brand products but fraction of the cost of other retailers. Staff were helpful!
Closed and not updated timings in website..when reached shop was closed at 1600 instead the website says 1630
I am disappointed what happened to me just before. I was talking with a customer servicer on the phone and asked about shipping fee. Even though I spend over 100, I still pay for the shipping fee when if I use the discount coupon which actually my money credit. So I asked why should you take that money and she kept saying that is their policy and suddenly disconnected. Then, I called back and nobody answered me. Where is your manner? If you want to sell products, you should learn how to treat people as customers kindly first!!
Bought this baby bath for 20 (kmart and warehouse selling for 15). Thought this was a good deal as it comes also with the holder. When it arrived it was just the holder, no bath. We contacted babyonline and said the ad was misleading as this image includes a bath. They told us we were wrong. Said we could pay 12 to have it shipped back (meaning we’d really only get 7 back from the returned product). So now we still don’t have a bath. Waste of money and poor customer service. 8 months pregnant and won’t be shopping here again or recommending to anyone else.
Bought nappies for my son, he was satisfied and comfy. I appreciate all the hard work and effort staff do at baby online, I highly recommend it for parents especially if you're on a budget and don't wanna get ripped off by farmers. Love it, staff are pretty cheeky too.
Medium curly yellow hair color, looks Indian old lady. Unbelievable rude customer service. No respect kids at all. She yelled to my kids twice. However casher lady and other man were super kind. That is why i did not give 1 star.
Went there yesterday. They were out of stock of the nappy that I was after in the Mt Wellington Branch but still had the advertisement up. It should be taken out. Other thing I asked If I could use the washroom and they were two ladies in the office ( muslim) and answered no. I'm 8 months pregrent and had being shopping online with them ever since I had my 1st one. But this is how they treat a pregrent lady. Lucky I asked the cashier to ask them again, upon which they agreeded. Though the muslim lady saw me before and knew I was carrying. This is not HOW customers and pregrent woman should be treated.
