Not very good to be honest with you.. Started off really great but then the lady told me I need glasses (which was fine) but then proceeded to try 'hard out' sell me. I had to repeat the same sentence 4 times "I won't be buying anything today until I go home and chat with my husband" She then very quickly took me out to the counter. I thought she was going to tell me my results but she didn't say bye or anything which I thought was quite odd. I then asked the lady at the counter what type of glasses I need? As this is very big news to me considering my eye sight has been perfect my whole life. She said "we will email you the results" . I didn't get the email? Still don't know what to do and I paid 60 for what exactly?

Incredibly satisfied customers! We’ve been in over the last few days and the team have been amazing! The eye test was thorough and eye opening. Had a great experience while eye testing and with the frame selection. The staff is very friendly and helping. Only thing I noticed was that there are not many options for mens in frames. But over all was a great experience and I am loving my new pair of glasses

The staff were superb....so helpful in choosing frames after having an excellent experience with the optician. I loved the individual service from all, and didn’t feel “just a number”. Loved the Albany branch, especially the salesperson I was paired with — he was asian with the cutest black frame that suited him! (Shout out to you and so sorry I forgot your name). But he was so patient, interactive and so attentive to what I liked and needed. The frames were SO expensive for me but honestly the service I received would probably amount to the price I paid! Thanks so much Bailey Nelson, you’ve got an amazing team and a beautiful, quality range of frames. Can’t wait to get mine in a few days
