Cindy did an amazing job with myself and my best friend's ear piercings today !! I was feeling really anxious about getting my cartilages done with a needle...but her calm and professional manner really made the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. 100% would recommend to my family and friends :)

We went here today to get a tattoo, it was for my mom and it was her first tattoo. We talked to the Japanese guy, I showed him a photo and at first he said it would cost 100, even though it's a bit over priced, we decided to go with it but after a few words he said it will be 120. He then introduced us to David, he designed the tattoo and as we were filling in the details we asked him if we can do it for 100, he smiled and said "Yes of course". First of all, this tattoo is not even worth 100, max 80. When it was done, we gave him 100, his faced changed and he said, we agreed on 120. We told him that he's the one who said "Yes of course" before but now he's not keeping his word but he said he doesn't know what we were talking about. We gave him the extra 20, not going there anymore, these people are greedy and they don't stick to their word.

I arrived at the shop and didn't even need an appointment for a piercing, the lady piercing me was very kind and lovely and assisted me when I felt faint. I would recommend getting any piercing from this place as the workers there were very professional.
