Washing machine charged me for hot wash and full load. When started, did cold wash and medium load. When inquiry for refund for difference, the contact told me it was completely my fault and that I punched in wrong values... even though machine still charged me for previous listed values. He was insistent that it was completely my fault and that there was nothing he would do. Poor service.

Edward North Shore. I very rarely write reviews but it doesn't come better than this. Had all my 12 year old full length curtains dry cleaned. They now look new again. Very definitely a price competitive professional dry cleaning company. Also I appreciated the helpfull and friendly customer service that I was given.
Dryers are great and they have eftpos which is a bonus!!
