the team balmoral veterinary clinic are amazing! the staff are genuine, friendly & they're quick yet efficient when it comes to our appointments - their product recommendations are fantastic too. since bringing our cat coco here; we've changed his flea/worm treament & dry food.. they've been working a treat for him
At a very difficult time in our families life, we lost our family pet and friend, of 13yrs, a big black beautiful cat named, Baggy. Due to cancer, we made a decision to euthanize him as it was the most humane thing to do.The advice and comfort given was awesome. Every detail of care was thoughtful. I'm thankful to Mike and the team for their service. We will never forget them. Thank you.
Phoned to check cost of check up and check if lost cat is chipped and was angrily informed they are very busy and currently booked up and there's s long wait for the next appointment. Already made to feel like an inconvenience just for phoning. I asked if i could book for the next free saturday and was rudely told "so you're going to hold onto someone elses cat for 2 weeks?" I work full time and don't drive due to a disability so that was the best i could do to help this cat and was made to feel like a bad person and spoken to so rudely.. Im trying my best to help this lost cat and didnt need to be spoken to in such a hostile way. I also didn't know you can just take them in without an appointment to check if chipped. I understand people have bad days and they must be busy due to the time of year but the way i was spoken to was awful. I hope no one else experiences this. :(
