When we came cross some problems around the house, we were very stressed out. Then we contacted Dan and he was willing to go extra miles to come and inspect for us despite his full schedule. He offered us extremely helpful and valuable advice. His attention to details, professional knowledge, patience and communications all exceeded our expectations. We will definitely go to him and his team for any future jobs around the house.

We were very pleased with the major house maintenance project completed by Banks Building Maintenance Limited. There was excellent attention to detail and good teamwork to complete the complex project. Dan kept us well informed throughout the difficult period of the Covid lockdown and managed risks well.
We Had the team from Banks Building Maintenance repair the fascia on our house and do a repaint at the same time. They did a great job, were very professional to deal with. Good communication throughout the process, and finished the project on time with a short program. Would thoroughly recommend them.
Had a large window with rotten timber. These guys came and assessed the work and prepared us for the fact the window may need removing but that they would try and effext repairs with the least amount of impact possible. Dave was the guy assigned to the job and he was great. What you would call a craftsman in terms of his ability to think about how to make the repair without removing the window. The end result is fantastic. Low fuss and they turned up when they dish they would and even worked Saturday to get it sorted quickly. Thoroughly recommend these guys.
Had my house prepared and painted by Daniel and the team at Banks. Their communication, quality of work, and patience with requested variations was insurmountable. I highly recommend them, and look forward to having them back for future projects.
