Highly unprofessional. Applied for rental with Barfoot Thompson mission bay that was listed under category pets ok and deceptions outlined cat or small dog ok. I checked multiple times pets are ok. Turned out the agent did not check the body corp prior and actually no animals allowed in units. Really unprofessional and such a waste of time. They only realised after the application process was through so all references (including current landlord) were contacted already. Edit: I was not called. They apologized via email indeed. Body corporate does not change within a week though.
