Appalling disregard for people with disabilities from your Otahuhu branch sales person Manu Thapar at Bp Ormiston Road on Sunday afternoon. Given that he was wearing your company badge is a bad representation of a firm with much integrity and social awareness. When confronted about why he is parked there, his response was "because I wish to".

I just went to inspect the property ,that i am moving into tomorrow . Really impressed with the condition of the house, and the service i received from the letting agent Zenalie Falepeau and also the property agent Prince Negi. Awsome, keep up the good work.
best customer service from the receptionist. Excellent rental staff with best customer services. The agents carried many years of experience here, some of them are top agents here. Their intention is to provide best solution and best possible outcome.
Upsetting customer service and poor communication skills reflected in today's house viewing to the woman named Zenalie. Everyone who comes through your door should be treated equally and not just seen as a quick commission or quick-sell.
Ajay Kapoor, the Manager of this branch trespassed into my property along with another guy on 15 Jan 2018 looking for some keys left behind when the property was sold 6 years ago. He had come around in the afternoon and assuming there was no one at home, he went around the house looking for the keys. When my son came out and asked him, 1. he did not have an ID on him and secondly before introducing himself he randomly started talking about the keys. After initiating he introduced himself and did not care to say who the other guy was. When my son demanded for his ID, he said he has it in the car and bring it over. Even as he was walking back, he went around again without paying any heed to my son. My son called up his office and reported this incident to the receptionist who was defending his actions. Mr Kapoor did not bother to call and and when I called him the next day on 16th Jan, his statement was "I personally went there"!! I cannot believe that a manager of B&T could be so disrespectful, arrogant and unprofessional.
The last 5 star review is written by their own staff - it’s unbelievable how an unprofessional this branch is. Stop covering up your bad unprofessional services. Your receptionist clearly need to be replaced very rude. Avoid this branch at all cost
