The best barre I've tried. Started going to barre in LA and also a few classes in London and this is totally that level but with smaller classes so you get more detail on how to do it right. Love the stretch breaks built throughout every class, thought I'd be unable to walk the next day but the stretches really make a difference. The burn is so real, the instructors are charming and it's locally owned by the incredible owner Marysa. Getting super strong super quick, plus, dare I say, a lifted butt along with the obvious toning stuff. Highly highly recommend.
Best barre studio in Auckland- I love the signature class and taking my baby to the barre baby class. Highly recommend. Beautiful chic studio and amazing teachers.
