I created my own basket online and ordered an over night shipment. They were extremely professional over the phone and answered all of my questions with helpful tips. Super friendly and kind employees here. The package I requested is in a medium size box and has 14 items in it. The packaging itself was great but I do wish they had used nicer ribbons. I had also requested that they only use red ribbons on the order form but as you can see they used burgundy and gold. Perhaps they ran out of red. Anyway, the quality of products are great and delicious. Will order again!
Originally was very frustrated as my package didn’t make it on time. However is was out of Batenburgs control at that point. Caroline went over and above even stayed back at work to chase up the courier company. They managed to get the package out first thing in the morning. Very happy with the support provided! Not to mention the package, it was exceptional. Highly recommend. Would use again
