Morgan was great to deal with. He had my scooter to me within two business days from ordering and had quick, clear and friendly communication when I reached out with questions. It required very minimal setup out of the box and came with the custom 3D printed part. He also had great communication when I had additional questions after it arrived, and the 1-year service guarantee has me feeling much more confident as I'm a first time owner. I've had my scooter for a couple weeks now and it's been amazing. All the time and stress from relying on the flaky Wellington bus system is gone! I did the math and this scooter only costs about 8 cents to charge at home, so I'm saving tons of money too. Overall it's been a really great experience and I would highly recommend buying your first scooter through Batt :)

Very happy with the scooter and service received. Scooter was hand delivered the following day after I purchased online. I was also given a detailed rundown of how it operates. Great product and great service!
