A typical sports club, bright and airy but quite generic.

We found this club to be unfriendly, disorganised and unhelpful. They had a sort of superior, entitled attitude, like we should feel lucky they are considering letting us join. Phone calls and emails not answered and when they were, we got a 'why are you bothering me with this' response.
