The best timber place we have ever dealt with as the service and communication was outstanding. Dealing with the Manager Phil was easy and he gave excellent and helpful service. Murray who delivered to a difficult site was outstanding. He stayed until we had the timber where we wanted it and had an amazing can do attitude. The wood came when they said it would and I can highly recommend dealing with this company over others. They really care.

Best place to buy timber in the West Auckland. Great selection of timber. Managed to find right type of cedar cladding, not available anywhere else. And very, very (!) helpful team.

These guys were very helpful. Even though I knew nothing about the products they took the time to explain what I needed with respectful patience. I would have bought the more expensive product but they saved me money by suggesting a less expensive solution. Highly recommended to all.

Purchased some Garapa of these guys which was found to be contaminated with metal shavings and caused black marks on the wood the first time it rained. Initially refused to accept responsibility saying it must have been caused our end, despite showing pictures there were shavings behind a timber label they fit in their yard. After months of back and forth they finally agreed to replace the wood (albeit not at the agreed lengths that were damaged) but not without a hell of a struggle and some choice words from their owner who decided to advise me that ‘if I wasn’t careful and I didn’t take what was on offer i’d get nothing)... some way to communicate with your Customers!!! Never again would I use them...ever.
