I think Dr. Arcus is a wonderful caring doctor. But the reception / phone system is just working for me. This has been an issue for quite a while and it's not getting any better.

Asleep at the wheel. Failed to diagnose a serious issue I have. Didn't know how bad this place was until I dealt with other GPs. Anything more serious than a cold I recommend going elsewhere.
