I struggled with my pillow for weeks and last week I went to Bed post Albany. Mike and his team provided the best service I've ever experienced in years. Thanks to them I found the perfect pillow, and get good night sleeps eventually. We also purchased a trundle bed for my daughter from them. The delivery guys helped installed the bed and cleaned up rubbish when they left. My kid loves her new bed really much. Hightly recommend Bedpost Albany if you're looking for great services and good quality products.

I am SO HAPPY with the GREAT ATTITUDE of Nia and Josh who delivered 3 Queen Beds to my central city apartment. The guys make things so easy, helped with setup and placement and took all the used packaging materials away. Also a big thanks to Mike and to Angela for their professional and courteous engagements.

Super friendly staff, When the bed base had a slight problem, it was sorted withing 2 hours, having a new base with no issues. Very helpful!!! The bed is really comfy. amazing customer service and amazing products.

Most people, me included, are very quick to complain when we get bad service. But few of us take the time to praise when we get good service. Last week I called Bedpost Albany to enquire about the availability and price of standard size double beds with drawers fitted into the base. The young woman from Bedpost was super helpful. So much so that after ringing several competitor stores, we decided to go to Bedpost Albany first - purely on the basis of how positive I had felt after my initial phone call. We visited the store and were served by Lynn. Her sales techniques and customer service were outstanding. She gave us good constructive suggestions, listened to what our needs were and quickly helped us to make a decision on which mattress and base option was right for our requirements. We ordered a new bed then and there and again Lynn was very professional and clear in details of when and how the bed would be delivered to us. We will definitely recommend Bedpost Albany to others based on our positive experience.
