First time here couple days ago was on my way to an early morning meeting. Decided to stop by and enjoy my breakfast before heading to the meeting. Wonderful view from the sitting area, breakfast with Sky tower. 23 roast beef dinner, good value for money.

If you're looking for very good quality brunch then come here, the menu is small but what is offered is done incredibly well. My eggs and bacon on sourdough was cooked to perfection! Really friendly staff also and a beautiful setting with the large window with the sky tower in the background. They also come to your table with a pitcher of water straight away which is a very nice and thoughtful touch.

Bestie has delicious food and coffee, with a quirky menu that has a nice balance of comfort-food favourites and more experimental options. Definitely vegetarian and vegan friendly. Due to its size, I guess, and its layout the staff's attempts to exercise crowd control and run things efficiently can occasionally come across as a little heavy-handed and humourless. But I guess this is partly to do with processes put in place during COVID. But that's a pretty minor complaint - overall I really rate Bestie and go there frequently.

I swear this is the best vegan cupcake in Auckland! Moist and rich chocolate topped with chocolatey (probably coconut) cream and a praline. Vegans and non vegans alike need to come try it! Highly recommend

i've been to bestie so many times over the past few years, and for good reason! i adore the variety of the menu, especially how a lot of it isn't what you'd deem as typical, run-of-the-mill café food. the coffee is also some of the best on k road, a great roast and never bitter. i have to give them points on their gorgeous space as well, i'd recommend anyone to go for the views alone. unfortunately i can only give them a 4/5, because the last few times i've been there one of the waitresses has been particularly nasty towards me lol.
