Unfortunately the canopy ripped within 12 months of use, but after a number of conversations with Blackhawke Gazebos, they agreed that they would replace it under warranty. They have also since altered the design of the canopy to be stronger where it had ripped to prevent future issues. Well done for their response.
We are very pleased with the service received from Blackhawks. They are always quick at responding to customer queries and very accommodating with special requests. The quality of their products are great and very simple/easy to set up. If you are looking to source a gazebo or marquee, we highly recommend them!
