Awesome place. Food is incredible. Acoustics are something else, we couldn't hear each other at the same table as there was lots of chatter that just resonated throughout the whole restaurant. Five stars if quieter. Edit: thanks for taking my feedback on board. Updated to 5 stars!

Very enjoy the foods, lovely pizza and my aged steak.
Fresh and tasty ingredients, a classic base and friendly service. Blitza is our new go to for pizza when we can spend a little more. It's not cheap, but not at all overpriced. A good pizza is one where you can taste all the ingredients in isolation but together are well balanced. Blitza does that well.

If you are going to spend money on a pizza this is the place to do it. I shared a large steak pizza with my husband and it was phenomenal! Plus I was near a food coma so definitely worth it value wise. Decent kids menu as well. Luck of the draw with parking, if you get one close on the street or have to walk a little but you might appreciate the chance to walk off dinner but also being in Central Birkenhead easy enough to catch the bus so really no worries. This place was recommended to me on several occasions by people and it definitely won't disappoint
3 of us were fortunate last night to have been given a table in a very very busy restaurant. The service from the Maitre d/Manager and staff was absolutely brilliant. The cuisine was sensational. Congratulations to you all.
Super salty.....we had one and a half slices each then gave up. Overall quality is not bad but inside of my mouth is almost aching from the saltiness. Hi! I will just add the note here in response to your comment. We had Mexican pizza and I think it was too much ham as well as the amount of cheese compared to the dough that made the pizza absolutely salty. My partner and I were really hungry but we just couldn't eat anymore. I personally cannot agree with you that there was never a complaint about the food being salty as I've found at least 2 previous reviews clearly pointing out that the food was really salty. As you said in the other comment you cannot please everyone but as a business owner you need to accept the taste of the food can go wrong sometimes and accept constructive criticism of the customers.
