Had been taking my cat here for a short while - May be 2-3 years. BHB vet staff are always professional in their dealings, great communication and you can tell they all have a genuine passion for animals. Recently had to have my cat put down following a very extensive injury he sustained to his hind legs. Staff were patient and considerate of how the decision would impact me emotionally and allowed plenty of time for me to say goodbye before letting him go. 100% recommend - your furry friend will always be well looked after here, and I am very appreciative of their service.
We took my mothers very sick cat to the vet. They were very compassionate and honest. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done for the cat so she was put to sleep. A very difficult situation was dealt with with honesty and great care by the staff. Thanks for your help. My elder mother was very grateful.

Our cat Olive was 21 yrs old so we knew it was time for to go to sleep. Her health had not been so good and she had a bit of a turn the night before. The vet and staff were very lovely about it all, giving us options but we knew it was her time. So, with tears and sad hearts we said goodbye. We got Olive back a few days later in her special box and name engraved on the plague, and a lovely condolense card from the Blockhouse Bay Vets came thru the post. Thanks to the clinic for taking care of Olive, for your kindness and understanding of how much she meant to our family.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and I love everything about them. They have always been there for me and my fur babies. They do an amazing job. They will go above and beyond to help you. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the lovely ladies at the desk and the vets are so professional.
