Sam knows how to run this amazing shop. We've been here with all our BMW's over the years, and he's always fixed them on the spot and helped us out. We feel like family, not like a customer He's always got a solution for the problem and has an amazing attitude. He's also got a cute little girl (a beautiful dog) that follows him around everywhere. She loves to help out. It's true that a great attitude and love for what you do helps a business shine. If your afraid that your BMW is going to cost an arm and a leg to fix at your local, it’s worth the drive to get your BMW checked out here. I drive all the way from Pukekohe, and trust me its worth it. At other mechanics they’ll usually need to fly the part in for your car from overseas. 9/10 he already has the part in his garage ready to go. If you’re looking for an upgrade (new seats, roof lining, trim etc.) he’s got it. We changed out all the seats in our BMW, including the roof lining, the ugly wood trim and everything in between. We came in with a horrific looking BMW and drove out with an amazing looking BMW that we loved! Thank you so much Sam, you're amazing.

Just purchased all the stock, so if you are after BMW bits at a great price let me know . . .
Called this place looking for a part. specifically asked if the part he had was new and genuine, he replied yes it was. Went there the next day to purchase. The part was clearly not new. dust and grime on it, threads were showing signs of oxidation etc. the specific plastic piece that had broken on mine had a hairline crack the same place mine had failed. Questioned him about it and he was adamant it was new. He then became quite rude because I questioned it and was inspecting the part closely. So I decided i would find the part elsewhere. Told him he was quite rude and he agreed that he was! Waste of my time. I would NOT recommend dealing with this guy...
Really pleased with the quality of work from Sam, he's a great guy who is so willing to help and so easy going, he's done lots of work on my BMW, highly recommend him.

My sister is a mechanic, she brought a car part to be fixed at this place. The work done to the part was crap and not good enough. My sister (19 years old) complained to the man in the picture and he lied and said the work was fine. They started a discussion and my sister made a mistake and swore at him. His response was to SPIT on her. Afterwards I went to talk with him in a calm and polite manner, and I discovered that he is highly agressive and extremely impolite. What a poor excuse for a man. Do not go to this place, unless you want to be abused.
Be warned about this business!! We are an automotive repairer in Christchurch. we ordered and prepaid for a 400 part but the one they sent was incorrect. We returned the incorrect part but they won't credit it back and now they are avoiding our phone calls. Do business with this outfit at your peril!
Know what you are looking for and what you expect to pay, this is a parts business not a retail shop, the owner is helpful and very knowledgeable and he has good deals to offer.
