I was only in this branch for about 5 minutes but I found the staff rude and dismissive. I wanted to open a joint account and was told to do it online which I accepted at the time, I then went home to try to do this online but could not find an online portal so I messaged the bank..... And sad told that I could only make an appointment in person at the branch. Obviously I'm a bit upset and disappointed by the whole situation which wasted my time in the weekend.

I have to say this BNZ Albany branch might be the worst bank branch in NZ. Rude staff and bad management, they treat clients unprofessionally and dishonestly. I strongly suggest the executives to investigate this branch.

I got my NZ bank account here... There are much better Banks but still this one worked good for me... To create the account only took like half an hour and till my cards arrived 2 days...

Terrible service from a terrible bank!!. So dissatisfied with the staff & Manager of this branch who doesn't care at all. I have been with this bank for 9 years and treated like a number. On closing my accounts, due to total lose of any help from this bank. I was talking to another business owner next door to this bank about my shocking experience & they also had closed all their accounts because of the banks poor treatment to them. They need to improve on how they treat people

Worst branch ever visited in NZ. No wonder it is so quiet without a single customer in there. Shocking customer service and attitude.
