To much focus on online banking. Doesn't like it

Abysmally slow service. A simple forex transaction took 57 minutes not including 34 minutes waiting in the queue. All this while most staff were pretending to look occupied.
How on earth are you supposed to open a joint bank account if you’re supposed to be at work Monday - Friday
The nicest and most helpful people in the world. I rarely write a review, let alone for a bank, but this branch has my full respect (and money).
Never have said negative to any places. But I will never visit this place again. Worst service..total useless..
When calling this bank, find someone where comfy to sit, make yourself a long drink and be prepared to be left waiting on hold for an awfully long time! Shockingly poor level of customer service.
