It’s not a Turkish restaurant! Don’t expect anything Turkish in this place. Atmosphere is nice and staff are friendly but not trained. Place is located at Mission Bay which is a really popular beach in Auckland. Menu is very simple and barley anything Turkish in it. Not enough information provided and description are not matching with what you will receive. I ordered baklava and Turkish coffee. In the menu it says: Traditional baklava, pistachio ice cream, textures. I was really surprised when I received a plate full of chocolate filled baklava with vanilla ice cream on top presented with cotton candies which claimed as “traditional baklava and pistachio ice cream”. Such a shame! Please respect your clients and bare in mind that what’s written in your menu is a legal contract between you and your client. I was hoping to eat some traditional baklava not some fusion nonsense with a cup of uncooked so called Turkish coffee. And Price for this nonsense mixture? 20 for the plate of baklava and a coffee. Of course price not mentioned in the menu otherwise I wouldn’t have fallen in to this trap. Expensive piece of experience for me! 80 for four person evening desert. Next time I will make sure a place is REALLY Turkish before I take my friends there for a Turkish experience.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool with scenic beach location. Staff is also really friendly & knowledgeable and they make great recommendations & offer quality customer service. Food is pretty good, some Turkish classics and some with twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
We couldn't decide were to dine and stopped here at Bodrum Kitchen after several stops There is plenty indoor and outdoor seating We sat outside to enjoy the view over the road and sit under the outdoor heater which was cosy and warm The service from staff was friendly and prompt The meals were quite big and presented well It was tasty and enjoyable Though it is a bit overpriced for certain meals
The waitress was Great very patient and obliging. The atmosphere is good with views out to the Harbour - Rangitoto Island . We thought the food was average and overpriced
Service was really good, rustic and pretty little place. Good value for money as well. Did however feel the Chilli Prawns were more tomato flavored than chilli, but still tasty.
A wonderful lunchtime dining experience using first table Atmosphere was great, we were served quickly and the music wasn’t too loud which made conversation easy, we had a window seat with a chair and booth tucked into a nice Slightly sunny corner which worked well for us. It wasn’t cold in the restaurant and the environment was great! Our server was pleasant and came at the right time unprompted they did a fantastic job! Food was delicious, we had calamari side, chilli prawns and Jordanian lamb The prawns were king size and a generous amount, the harissa sauce was delightful and full of flavour. The Jordanian lamb was a great portion size that we couldn’t even finish it, meat was perfectly tender. Calamari rings were great, not overcooked and tasted perfect! We also had 2 glasses of Pinot Gris which went down a treat with our meals. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for us to celebrate our anniversary we had a lovely time and will be back again for sure!
Food was delicious! Lovely atmosphere and the service was so friendly and accommodating. My husband and I have eaten here several times already and we love coming here!
Second time being here and the food was great both times! Great Mediterian food and other types too. Both equally good :)
