Pleasant workshop manager at front desk but unfortunately have had two bad experiences. Recall part change out - brake sensor replaced but not checked and found brake lights stayed on and nearly caught fire. Starter jamb told relay wasnt the fault 180 fee and 250 transported to a car mechanic friend to find relay was at fault! Delivered bike and met by a mechanic sarcastically not asking but implying, "Whats that thing here for?" .... not hi, how can we help .....odd behaviour.

If you want to put your money into a blackholes go to this place. I went to this place to tune up my bike as I wanted to change the original Exhaust to a different one. I have been advised that the new exhaust’s got leakage so I bought new Akrapovic Exhaust from Honda Botany for 1300 including installation and the sound of it is as normal as original one. I checked the exhaust that said it’s got leakage with a Exhaust specialist and they said nothing wrong with it so now I ended up spending 1300 for nothing. Do they really know how to tune up or put power command to a bike ? I doubt it.
They have friendly helpful staff and a good selection of bikes and accessories.
Went to check helmet size. What I wanted not available due to Covid

Honda Botany know their stuff, do great repairs, and have amazing customer service. They book in a time that suits you, do your repair promptly and finish it on time. Providing helpful advice and tips to ensure your bike stays in good condition. You may think this should be standard practice for any dealer, however experience has shown me that isn't the case. Honda Botany they're exceptional!
