Most of the doctors and nurses I have seen are nice but the receptionist is very rude! waiting time is long, never been seen within 15min of the booked time. had experience of waited 1hr when there was even no other patients around!

I used to feel very comfy with them on their fast service, friendly nurse and professional doctor advise so I had swap my whole family GP to them. Recently the service are taking longer and longer waiting time, even had check only 3 person in a queue and there are 3nurse 2 doctors on duty on that day, waiting for nurse checking need about an hour, check with receptionist they only say wait for nurse and no idea how long it takes.

Twice now my appointment has been cancelled and i have not been informed. I showed up to the appointment both times and had to take time off from work each time to have my time wasted. Reception is very rude and have 0% service skills. I have changed to another practice. The other reviews are all 1 star and there is a reason. Avoid them and don't waste your time here.
