Made a booking online and paid. They rung to advise that they couldn’t get into their building and that they would call us to advise if we could come or not. No call received and we tried many times to phone them. When we showed up the place was shut. Have emailed to try to get refund and heard nothing.

Hi, Has anyone been given a refund or know how to contact the business? I am still waiting on a 140 that I pre paid for a birthday party in October before the business closed and the original communication from Break and Escape says that they do intend to refund. I am very dubious though as have just emailed them and the address is no longer valid.

Turned up today for our pre-booked and paid for Xmas party to find that they closed on 16th October! Not a single email or phone call to let us know, so unprofessional and unacceptable for a business not to contact bookings. No excuse.

I have done many escape rooms and I have done 3 rooms with break and escape and all were sub-par. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but after a third lackluster escape room I will not be returning. Escape room itself lacked decoration other than puzzles and the staff were unhelpful with clues and not very friendly, especially on leaving the premise.

Deposit paid for daughters birthday - company shut down with no correspondence or return of funds. Management and owner Cody White has gone to ground completely.

We had a voucher for a group for August/September, which we could not use yet due to COVID. So we politely asked for an extension for a week since we are now away on school holiday. The company has no ability to leave a voicemail or speak to somebody and we got a rude email back that they have no involvement with vouchers... Really bad customer service-
