Most useless company ever, paid extra for priority visa which said I’ll know within 3-5 working days the outcome of the visa. 26 days later still don’t have my passport back. Have called and emailed no answer at all. Very disappointed.

Contact New Zealand Immigration about Visitor Visa extension during global pandemic and there's an automated message saying that due to Covid19, they are not answering call about visitor visas??? (but they will answer if its pizza delivery??) Call the Great british embassy (safe now). and there's an auto message that due to Covid19 no one is there. Only call if you've been arrested or you're in hospital. The irony is, that come the 25th September, I will have either been arrested for not having a visa and refusing to get on a plane.... or I'll be in hospital having contracted the virus on a packed international trip around the world having been forced to leave. A culture in decline. They say there's no intelligent life out in space. I would argue there's buggar all on planet earth.

I would love to leave no star if I could. I just want to know if my passport has been sent out cos I got no info of the parcel that contains my passport and would be sent back to me. The phone operator is being extremely aggressive and "helpful" and would not even let me talk. And YES you are right. I purchased the priority service. What a joke!

We are in an unprecendented emergency for our generation and the Embassy in Auckland New Zealand closed at 1.00 oclock!!! it should be open 24 hours or at least 18. The phones lines in London are on overdrive presumably because there's no one in NZ taking the calls. We had tickets out of NZ for Friday am to get to Singapore to pick up a BA flight home. Now we can't get into Singapore as they have shut transit down. Does anyone know how many people are trying to get out of NZ back to the UK? We have had to find a place to stay for four to six weeks and they are gracioulsy saying yep, do what you can to get home but if not come back here. The NZ people have all been great. Pull your finger out UK. This is not just a rant this is a plea for assistance.

Paid for priority service and 5 weeks later still waiting for my passport. Had to cancel multiple plans and now risk losing my new job in the UK. They could not care less. No word. No phone number to call. I can see everyone else in here has the same problem. Insane.
