Very interesting to see the completely different responses from the owner to European and Asian sounding names. This makes me think twice before buying their product range again. Happy to close a sale but if something goes wrong you are on your own. Updated: Thank you for your prompt reply and I appreciate it very much. Since you have RESTORED your access to your Google listing you can STILL REPLY to all the reviews left earlier CAN'T YOU? This shows that a business owner do care about aftersales services to ALL their customers (good PR). I did purchase a pair of Asics shoes before but in the future may also consider giving other brands a try to truly compare which company is looking after their customers more.

I ordered a tent from them on 23 October. They sent a completely different product. I returned the random chilli bin and phoned. They promised to fix it. Nothing. I chased again last week. They promised the tent would be here Thursday 21st December at latest. It’s Friday 22nd and I just got home from work. No tent. No courier card. So now everyone is on holiday - except my family. We won’t be going because We don’t have a tent. Nice work.
Had an obvious issue with a uvx marine chiller they swapped out no issues great service.

Purchased the top of the line trundle MGI Navigator. The panel that hold the GPS broke 6 months after purchase. Brittan Wynyard rep contacted and so far taken 6 weeks and still not fixed it. Phone the head office and still no reply after being they will have someone contact me. Very disappointing backup and service. STILL NOT FIXED. Been told the part is arriving Monday 3 times. Really not good enough Brittan Wynyard.
Had an interview to work here, and then they ghosted me instead of giving me a rejection. This wasted a lot of my time and effort, and suggests this is a poorly run place.
I am a very disappointed customer on Asics shoes. A 150 worth running shoes for my daughter only last 2 months since brand new. The retail store staff didn't guide me to right track for warranty resolution. The head office staff refuse to help either, and I was advised no one else can assist me. Never like to come back on ASICS and never trust their product and service again.
BE CAREFUL NO SUCH THING AS WARRANTY IF PURCHASED FROM AN OUTLET
