I found Sam on google. Visited the place. He immediately gave an estimate for my wife's Tag Heuer watch. I checked with other places, would take them a week. He was was very professional and did a really good job. My wife was happy with the watch. I would suggest it to anyone who wants a professional service with not overpriced cost.

I broke the clasp on the bracelet of my old Diesel watch. It was a difficult thing to repair and the only option seemed to be to replace the entire bracelet. Having seen the good reviews, I thought I'd try here. I told Sam that I wanted to keep the original bracelet if possible as that was what attracted me to the watch in the first place. He agreed to attempt a repair and found a new clasp in a similar style that he was able to make fit. I'm so pleased with his determination to fix my watch and am thrilled with the results and the very reasonable price changed. Sam was so thorough and his service and communication was excellent. It's so good to have my watch back. Thank you Sam.

They couldn't fix my watch but were helpful in looking at it just in case there was something they could do. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable.
Got batteries replaced for Longines, Tissot and Skagen watch. Sam is a nice person to talk to. He shares good information on how to take care of your watch. Usually it takes days at other places. But he got it done for me within a day. Suggest the place to anyone looking to get their watches repaired and pressure tested.
Been going here for decades. It's not what it used to be. Service prices higher, service times longer and the only communication had to come from me.
