Great customer service team! I ordered flowers from them for Valentines Day but the flower that was sent out was not up to the standards I was expecting. I emailed the team and they responded quickly! They sent me out a replacement at their own cost. I was happy with the result and customer service that was provided! Highly recommended! Thanks

The flowers were stunning and the person who I sent them too loved them very much. I ordered the daily bunch and was also very impressed. Only downfall was they couldn’t meet the delivery time I requested due to afternoon traffic but I did receive a call to ask if they could send it to a home address instead so I appreciate that there was a call. All in all good experience and I did order the same day delivery so maybe next time I’ll try order the day before

First time I ordered flowers with Brooklyn flowers . I specifically asked them to call me in case there was nobody home (I knew the family was planning to travel to a funeral) reason why i sent the flowers. Not only they didn't call me but when i called the shop to find out if the flowers had been delivered the manager of the shop told me that the delivery guy saw cars and windows open and that there was someone in the house but he decided to leave the flowers at the door because of Covid?!!! What Covid??????? We are level 1! Everyone is living a normal life and the delivery guy cant even wait for someone to get the door? Result, I wasted 110 dollares.!! Soo disappointed.... Never again
