It is a very small showroom. The woman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. They had the item I wanted but unfortunately it was 250 more expensive than 2 other places selling similar item. Not a bad review just they didn't have the right product for the right price.

Unfortunately, probably the worst customer service I have experienced, mainly due to admin/management staff. We paid for a mattress in July after explicitly asking twice whether it was in stock. We were assured that the mattress was in stock and that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. It is now December. I demanded a refund - this was not even entertained. I was promised many times in person and in writing that the mattress would be ready in a few days, aweek or by the end of the month...etc...It wasn't. This company will tell you any lie to keep you happy. For five months I pleaded with staff for an update but not once did I receive a proactive email or phone call. I will not deal with this company again.

Not happy , after purchase they said mattress was out of stock and we had to change with other mattress , which is also comfortable but they should know their stock level before they sell

I placed a headboard order online. I recieved no receipt or confirmation email. I had to chase up 3 to 4 times on the phone. I was asked what colour I wanted, and was told there will be a follow up call to confirm the availability, but recieved no follow up phone call. The colour I recieved was not what I want and the product was badly made to justify the cost. The fabric is good, but the padding is thin and leg is chipped. Overall the headboard is poorly put together.
