I booked a taxi at lunchtime for a 5:45pm pickup, stating I had to be at a local dinner at 6pm. I also booked them to bring me home after the dinner finished. I have a Total Mobility card as I'm disabled and partially sighted and they knew this. On reflection, I wonder if they just didn't think it was worth the bother of sending someone out for what would have been a less-than-15 fare. Who knows? At 5:55 when they had not arrived, I rang to ask if they could tell me if the cab was on its way. "It'll be another 35 minutes" I was told. Really? There was virtually no traffic and no hold ups but they hadn't even bothered to ring me to say they couldn't do the job I'd booked them for. Discourteous, disrespectful and highly unprofessional from a company which advertises itself as 'reliable'. Obviously they meant I could rely on them to let me down. Never again.

ordered a taxi for 7pm at 10am, no communication regarding timing after till a frantic phone call at 720 revealed taxi was running 50 minutes late. Fortunately, another taxi service came within 10 mins of call. That was when I realised this service quoted me a price 30 dollars higher than competitors. Unprofessional and unrealiable. I would not suggest this service

Amazing Service. Needed a cab for 7 young ladies and rang to ask for a quote the day before service was required. The gentleman on the other end of the line was very helpful and although not sure of the exact cost he kindly offered to call back. Within the hour he rang back and gave me a GREAT quote (lower than I anticipated) as I live in Silverdale, I went ahead and made the reservation. The following evening the driver came bang on time and was very helpful and took the excited young ladies into the city. Thank you budget taxis, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Supposed to have masks on when it was Mandatory.. Made two seperate trips.. Each time driver did not have a mask on. Second trip being picked up was a joke waited over an hour for taxi to turn up, even after 2 phone calls to Budget Taxi Operator. The operator is so rude to talk to on the phone, have they never heard of manners??

For me this is the best taxi service in town. I am really happy to have received help and support from them. After booking the taxi came right at the airport and took me directly to my home. The journey was comfortable and I enjoyed every bits of my travel.

The driver who picked us up early in the morning at 5:30 am was on time (on first day of day light saving ) and has been very helpful on the way to airport. So we booked a taxi for our return trip from the airport. I managed to write a wrong pick up time on the booking! However the driver spot it according to our flight number, and called us to confirm. On his way to pick up, he kept in contact with us and found us well without delay. The two drivers have both been great, we would definitely use their service again in the future.
